Release Date for Honkai Impact 3.6

Based on the patch update cadence, Honkai Impact 3rd typically releases each six weeks. With Patch 3.5 already released on August 13, 2025, Patch 3.6 is expected to officially launch on September 24, 2025. Barring unforeseen circumstances, the card pool will be divided into two halves, each lasting three weeks.

This means that Pioneers will have only six weeks to make their card draw decisions. Players running low on Star Qiong can also take advantage of the Treabar top-up event (newcomers get up to 38% off) to quickly replenish their resources.

Bengtie 3.6 Card Pool Schedule Prediction

Combining current leaks and character art information, the likely schedule for the 3.6 card pool is as follows:

Upper Half of the Card Pool: Chang Ye Yue (March Seventh SP, Ice Memory)

Lower Half of the Card Pool: Dan Heng Teng Huang (Dan Heng SP, Physical Protection)

Re-released Characters: Xia Die (Quantum Memory), Na Ke Xia (Wind Intelligence)

It should be noted that this schedule has not yet been officially confirmed, but based on past practice and the release schedule of character art, it is highly plausible.

New Character Analysis

Chang Ye Yue (March Seventh SP) – Ice Memory Destiny

Chang Ye Yue is March Seventh's new SP incarnation. She embodies the power of Oronis, the Veil of Eternal Night, becoming the incarnation of the "Titan of Ages." Unlike the innocent March Seventh at launch, Chang Ye Yue's aura is more mysterious and cold, like a darkened girl.

Rarity: Five-Star Limited

Attributes/Fate: Ice / Memory

Position: An all-around Memory C, offering both support and self-strengthening abilities

Skill Mechanics Highlights

Both self-healing and self-healing: Chang Ye Yue not only boosts her own damage but also provides healing and sustain to her allies.

Team Crit Damage Boost: Boosts critical hit damage for a Memory team by up to 40%, making it the ultimate "hack" for the Billion Spirits system.

Star Soul Effects:

First Life: Focuses on increasing damage boost, with fewer targets offering higher damage.

Second Life: Accelerates passive stacking efficiency.

Fourth Life: Increases the damage efficiency of all Memory Spirits on the team.

Sixth Life: Unlocks full attribute penetration for explosive damage.

Mechanically, Chang Ye Yue is undoubtedly the absolute core of a Memory team, perfectly complementing Memory characters like Xia Die and Xi Lian.

Details Easter Egg

In the official PV, the cryptic phrase "We were never apart" appears behind Chang Yeyue's portrait, hinting at the unbroken bond between her and the Pioneers.

Danheng Tenghuang (Danheng SP) – Physical/Protection

As Danheng's SP form, Danheng Tenghuang has gained the power of the Earth Titan "Gioria." Unlike his previous aloof youth, he now bears the burden of millennia of loneliness and pain, yet remains steadfast in his protection of his companions.

Rarity: Five-Star Limited

Attributes/Protection: Physical/Protection

Position: A defensive and survival core with combined damage output

Skill Mechanics Highlights

Summon Mechanic: Combat skills are targeted and can summon non-memory creatures with action bars, creating a unique combat rhythm.

High-Strength Protector: Continuing the characteristics of the limited five-protector, providing top-tier survivability.

Team Compatibility: In the Bai'e team, Danheng Tenghuang will be a stable "survival position," effectively reducing combat risks.

Character Background Extension

In the SP storyline, Dan Heng was stranded in Omfalos due to a timeline misalignment and lost some of his memories. He endured millennia of suffering just to reunite with the Pioneers. Upon reuniting with us, he still spoke only one sentence: "I am the Guardian of the Star Train, your partner, the Nameless Dan Heng." This restraint and protectiveness moved countless players.

Reprinted Characters

Xia Die (Quantum·Memory Destiny)

Position: Core DPS Clan of the Memory Team

Mechanic: Summons a "Death Dragon" to attack all enemies and reduce their resistance.

Strength: As a top-tier Memory Clan of the Life Template, Xia Die's combat power will undergo a qualitative change when combined with Long Night Moon in 3.6, firmly establishing her status as the "battleship" of the Memory Team.

Nakexia (Wind·Intellectual Destiny)

Position: A primary Intellectual Clan with both group and single-target capabilities.

Mechanic: Core DPS is linked to the number of "Weaknesses" stacks, possessing extremely strong burst and crowd control capabilities.

Compatible Teams: Perfectly compatible with a "double intelligence" lineup with the Great Black Tower; paired with Cerydra, the number of combat skills increases dramatically, further enhancing burst damage.

For Trailblazers lacking a strong main carry, the re-releases of Xiadie and Nakexia are excellent opportunities for reinforcement.

New Relic Information: Savior of Reinventing the World

Effect: Similar to the exclusive Relic of Long Night Moon, it provides a high damage bonus to the entire team.

Position: A universal core Relic for Memory Teams, further strengthening Long Night Moon's role.

Hidden Star Hermit

Effect: Restores 1 combat point per turn (can only be triggered once per item).

Compatible Characters: Currently, it's most suitable for Hanabi, effectively reducing combat point depletion in long-term battles.

Summary

Overall, Collapse 3.6 is undoubtedly the golden version for Memory Teams.

As an all-around Memory Core, Long Night Moon is almost a must-draw for Xiadie players.

Danheng Tenghuang fills the void of a guardian character and boasts a unique summoning mechanic, opening up new possibilities for future team builds.

The re-releases of Xiadie and Nakexia offer players who missed out on the previous card pool a great opportunity to catch up.

For the eager pioneers of Xingqiong, choosing between four five-star characters will be the biggest challenge of this patch. If you're short on resources, consider taking advantage of Treabar's top-up event to prepare in advance and enjoy discounts up to 38% off for new players, ensuring you're fully prepared for the upcoming "Memory Era."
