All Wuthering Waves Skins and How to Get Them

Wuthering Waves has slowly grown its outfit system from a small Version 2.0 feature into one of the game's most collectible cosmetic systems. As of Version 3.6, there are free story-linked outfits, lower-cost Signature outfits, standard Deluxe outfits, and a higher-priced Premium outfit with extra presentation value.
This guide covers every Wuthering Waves skin currently available or released through the outfit system, how to get each one, and what to check before spending Lunites.

How to Get Skins in Wuthering Waves
There are two main ways to unlock character skins in Wuthering Waves:
1. Permanent or limited events: Rover's Perpetual Spark is free through the permanent Startorch for You event, while Sanhua's Exorcistic Adjuration was originally free through the Version 2.0 Dances For Spring's Return event.
2. Outfit Store purchases: Most skins are bought with Lunites from the Outfit Store. Deluxe skins normally cost 2,480 Lunites, Sanhua's Signature outfit costs 1,680 Lunites, and Jinhsi's Premium outfit costs 3,280 Lunites.
To equip a skin, open the Resonators menu, select the character, go to the outfit icon on the character overview screen, then choose the skin you own. Skins are cosmetic and do not increase stats, damage, healing, or combat performance.
Rover - Perpetual Spark

Price: Gratis
Tier: Signature Outfit
Released: Version 3.1
How to get: Complete Main Quest Chapter III Act III: The Star That Voyages Far, then claim it from the permanent Startorch for You event page.
Perpetual Spark is the easiest skin to recommend because it costs nothing and is tied to story progress instead of premium currency. The design gives Rover a Startorch Academy uniform look, with a clean black-and-white base, gold accents, and a more academic identity than Rover's default outfit.
This is also one of the friendliest cosmetics for returning players. Since the event is permanent, you do not need to rush a short timer or wait for a rerun. Finish the required main quest, open the event page, and claim the outfit and matching avatar.
Sanhua - Exorcistic Adjuration

Price: 1,680 Lunites
Tier: Signature Outfit
Released: Version 2.0
How to get: Buy it from the Outfit Store. It was previously obtainable for free through the Dances For Spring's Return event during Version 2.0.
Exorcistic Adjuration was one of the first Wuthering Waves skins and remains the budget paid option in the outfit lineup. It shifts Sanhua away from her darker default palette into a ceremonial white, black, and teal look, with a mask and exorcist-themed details.
If you claimed it during Version 2.0, you already own it. If you missed the event, the Outfit Store is now the route. Since Sanhua remains a useful 4-star support for many accounts, this skin has good everyday visibility if she appears often in your teams.
Jinhsi - Peach Blossom

Price: 3,280 Lunites
Launch discount: 2,680 Lunites selama Version 2.0
Tier: Premium Outfit
Released: Version 2.0
How to get: Buy it from the Outfit Store.
Peach Blossom is still the most premium skin in Wuthering Waves. It is not just a costume swap: the bundle includes extra presentation value such as a matching weapon projection, avatar, sigil, and more elaborate visual treatment than standard Deluxe outfits.
The outfit gives Jinhsi a soft spring festival look built around pinks, florals, and peach blossom motifs. For Jinhsi mains, this is the showcase cosmetic. For budget-focused players, the 3,280 Lunite price means it should come after your banner and weapon plans are already secure.
Changli - Laurel Nymph

Price: 2,480 Lunites
Launch discount: 1,980 Lunites selama Version 2.4
Tier: Deluxe Outfit
Released: Version 2.4
How to get: Buy it from the Outfit Store.
Laurel Nymph is one of the two Version 2.4 summer skins. Changli's outfit leans elegant rather than purely beachy, with a light vacation look, laurel details, and a softer palette than her standard design.
At the Deluxe tier, Laurel Nymph is more affordable than Jinhsi's Peach Blossom but still a premium-currency purchase. It is best for Changli mains, collectors, and players who want a calmer summer style instead of a flashier swimsuit skin.
Carlotta - Splashing Summer

Price: 2,480 Lunites
Launch discount: 1,980 Lunites selama Version 2.4
Tier: Deluxe Outfit
Released: Version 2.4
How to get: Buy it from the Outfit Store.
Splashing Summer is Carlotta's bright vacation outfit and the bolder half of the Version 2.4 summer pair. It trades her usual noble, composed styling for a red swimsuit design, water-gun imagery, and a sunny resort mood.
If you play Carlotta often, this is one of the most visually distinct skins in the game. If she is not in your regular rotation, treat it as a collector purchase rather than an account priority.
Zani - Downtown Repose

Price: 2,480 Lunites
Launch discount: 1,980 Lunites selama Version 2.8
Tier: Deluxe Outfit
Released: Version 2.8
How to get: Buy it from the Outfit Store.
Downtown Repose gives Zani a rare off-duty look. Instead of her sharper professional combat styling, the outfit frames her around city leisure, soft knitwear, and a relaxed rooftop atmosphere.
This skin is especially appealing because it changes the mood of the character without erasing her identity. It still feels like Zani, just after she has finally stepped away from work long enough to breathe.
Mornye - Plush Dream

Price: 2,480 Lunites
Launch discount: 1,980 Lunites selama Version 3.3
Tier: Deluxe Outfit
Released: Version 3.3
How to get: Buy it from the Outfit Store.
Plush Dream is Mornye's cozy winter-themed outfit. The design centers on a warm coat, scarf, soft textures, snowy accents, and a gentler emotional tone than many combat-forward Wuthering Waves skins.
If your account uses Mornye regularly, Plush Dream has strong day-to-day value because the outfit is easy to notice in menus, exploration, and combat. If you missed the Version 3.3 discount, the skin remains available at its normal Deluxe price.
Lynae - Peppermint

Price: 2,480 Lunites
Launch discount: 1,980 Lunites selama Version 3.5
Tier: Deluxe Outfit
Released: Version 3.5
How to get: Buy it from the Outfit Store.
Peppermint brings Lynae into a colorful summer look that fits her bright, kinetic personality. The official release notice made it a permanent Store outfit once Version 3.5 went live, with the usual Deluxe discount window during the launch version.
Among the Deluxe outfits, Peppermint is a good pick for players who use Lynae frequently or like more energetic character styling. Since the Version 3.5 discount period has ended by Version 3.6, check the in-game store price before buying.
Chisa - Peach Parfait

Price: 2,480 Lunites
Launch discount: 1,980 Lunites selama Version 3.5
Tier: Deluxe Outfit
Released: Version 3.5
How to get: Buy it from the Outfit Store.
Peach Parfait is Chisa's summer outfit and the partner release to Lynae's Peppermint. It uses a poolside, peach-toned vacation theme with softer colors and a more relaxed seasonal feel.
Like Peppermint, Peach Parfait entered the Store in Version 3.5 with a 1,980 Lunite launch discount before returning to the normal 2,480 Lunite Deluxe price. It is mostly a taste pick: prioritize it if Chisa is one of your favorites or if you want the full Version 3.5 summer pair.
Which Wuthering Waves Skin Should You Get First?
If you are trying to spend efficiently, use this order:
3. Claim Rover's Perpetual Spark first. It is free, permanent, and only requires story progress.
4. Check whether you already own Sanhua's Exorcistic Adjuration. Many older players received it free in Version 2.0.
5. Buy skins for characters you actually play. A skin you see every day is worth more than a skin for a benched character.
6. Watch release-version discounts. Deluxe skins often start at 1,980 Lunites before rising to 2,480 Lunites after the version ends.
7. Treat Jinhsi's Peach Blossom as the luxury pick. It has the richest bundle, but it also has the highest price.
Are Wuthering Waves Skins Worth It?
Wuthering Waves skins are purely cosmetic, so they are never mandatory. They do not improve damage, survivability, Echo farming, Tower clears, or story progression. Their value comes from how much you enjoy the character and how often you will see the outfit in actual play.
For most players, the smartest rule is simple: claim free skins, buy discounted skins only for favorites, and avoid spending Lunites meant for upcoming banners. For collectors, the Outfit Store is straightforward because most outfits stay permanently available after release. The pressure is not usually about losing the skin forever. It is about missing the best launch price.
