If you are currently logged into PC, Android, or console, you can directly perform quick operations in the game:

24. on the right side of the return menu and click the mail icon to check your redemption rewards.
Why do redemption codes show as failed or unusable?
If you encounter an error during the redemption process, it is usually caused by one of the following reasons:
| Common error causes | Phenomenon analysis and solution measures |
| The redemption code has expired | Preview live codes usually only last 24 to 36 hours, and holiday or collaboration codes also have fixed end dates. If it shows as expired, it means the event has ended. |
| Duplicate redemption | Each game account/character can only redeem the same code once. If it was already redeemed earlier this month, it will show the message 'This redemption code has already been used.' |
| Selected the wrong server | When logging in on the web, you must select the real server where your character is located. If your account is on the Asia server but you select the US server, the system will report an error because it cannot find the character. |
| Insufficient development level | The game usually requires completing the prologue main quest 'Sabbath Serenity/A Moment of Peace' and unlocking the mail function (about development level 4) before exchanges are available. |
| Exchange limit reached | Some partner event codes have a global redemption limit (for example, the first 100,000 players). Once the quota is used up, the code will become invalid early. |
| Copying with spaces | When copying from a webpage or chat box, it is easy to carry extra spaces at the beginning and end, which the system will interpret as illegal characters, so it is recommended to manually check after pasting. |
| Short-term server fluctuation | On the night of a preview broadcast or the moment a version update server opens, the server exchange interface may be temporarily congested, so try again after 15-30 minutes. |
